SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

At this time, we do not offer shipping for items purchased through the staff store.

All orders must be collected in person from the MRPF Office Reception.

📦 How It Works:

  1. Once your order is placed and acknowledged - it confirms that the full order amount will be deducted from the accounts team and processed from your salary. Our team will prepare your items.

  2. Orders are typically ready for collection within 2–3 business days. However, shirt orders may take longer, usually around 2 weeks.

  3. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

  4. Items can be collected from reception during regular business hours:
    Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this model helps us keep staff prices as low as possible.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

This is operated as a staff benefit and offers heavily subsidised products, which means:

  • We do not accept general returns or change-of-mind exchanges.

  • Please choose carefully before purchasing.

🛠 Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive pet food or shirts that are damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please follow these steps:

  1. Email: Contact hello@mrpf.com.au within 7 days of collecting your order.

  2. Details: Include a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the item.

The MRPF team will review your request and provide a replacement or alternative solution where appropriate.

We value your support and want to make sure your experience is smooth and enjoyable.
